Jaco is one of Costa Ricas favorite tourist destinations. What once was a sleepy surf town now offers something for everyone from that total beginner surfer to something Kelly Slater would ride. While in Jaco you can do just about any tour that Costa Rica has to offer from Zip Lining, ATV rides to water falls, Horseback Riding in the Rainforest, Catamaran Tours, World Renowned Sport Fishing, Night Life and a Spectacular array of Culinary.

Jaco has 2.5 miles of sandy beach and has a population of approximately 15,000. You will have several banks to choose from, grocery stores, happy hours, bakeries, wonderful street shopping and don’t forget about the Friday Farmers Market.

For a less crowded beach location, Uvita maybe your ideal spot. Uvita has been described as one of the most biologically divers areas in the world with beautiful beaches and stunning views.

Like Jaco there are numerous natural attractions to see and visit. From December to April Humpback whales migrate in the warm waters off the coast to mate before returning up north. One of the biggest attractions in Uvita is the Best Fest and Envision Festival Uvita is about 1 hour north of the famous Manuel Antonio National Park and is one of quickest growing communities in Costa Rica. Playa Flamingo is a swimmer’s beach, with warm water and family-friendly waves.

Playa Flamingo is located in Guanacaste and is part of the Nicoya Peninsula. You can enjoy a fun packed nightlife, shopping and dining in the nearby town of Tamarindo.
